My Very Last Day In Class

And so, my days in Taylor's as a CAL student ends today. It was really fun as we snapped tonnes of photos and some of our lecturers gave us a day off. I'll try to get the pictures as soon as possible and post them all up because I'm really sure there were some really funny pictures.

The last day started revolving around money, tonnes of it!

Prom money! Personally, I haven't seen this much money in so long!!

See Yee Won, I'm supporting your prom here! That's 2 table's worth of money there ...

Tallest and shortest!

After our seemingly short day, 21 of us went to Sunway Pyramid for a buffet in Shogun. I heard it's okay, but I guess it doesn't really matter when you're paying only about RM25 per head. We had 50% discount today and a few of us ate our stomachs out. The only problem that arose is that when I entered the restaurant, it seemed to have a really wide range of food, but it turned out that only a few of them are worth eating and soon, I ran out of choices. Nevertheless, I'm glad I had that experience.

Oh, another really silly thing happened. We found a cockroach while having lunch at Shogun! Quite a tiny one actually, only about 2 cm long. Some of us were shocked, some of us tried to catch it, some of us wanted to keep it was a pet, some of us decided to play with it, some of us shook it in the container really hard and some of us just liked to watch it turn turtle and try to wriggle its way upright. Thankfully, we got Kai Hsien and Li En to do the deliberation with the people in-charge for a chance to get us some form of compensation. At first, we only got a one-head discount, but after much discussion and stuff, we managed a two-head discount. We actually argued that due to the cockroach, we lost our appetite and when the manager came, I was still gobbling down my peppermint ice-cream with chocolate sauce from the chocolate fountain. In the end, one tiny cockroach was worth roughly RM50. Way to go, thinking skills experts!

Ruey-yi's art! No idea what it is, but it's nice!

My art! It's not really that nicely done though ...

The result from my whole experience in Shogun is that I wouldn't really recommend it. Not because of the fact that you might meet another little insect friend that might be bigger than the one we found (because hopefully, they'd be on a better lookout for their cleanliness) but because over all, the food wasn't really the best of quality and you run out of choices fast. However, if you really just eat in bulk, why not try it ...

And tomorrow is Chee Hong's birthday, so we treated him to the buffet! So, happy birthday Chee Hong! Hope you enjoyed your birthday present!!

And to all PM10-ers, thanks for being more than the best bunch of college classmates I could wish for! Good luck with your future undertakings and God bless!

P.S. Too bad T'ng Choong couldn't go! Haha ... Sad IELTS kid! I told you to take your IELTS earlier right? See what happens when you don't listen to me? =P
